If you take a moment to think about it, you will realize that the success of a business, any business as a matter of fact comes from motivated employees. You can look at any area from productivity and profits, liability to recruiting and retention, hardworking and happy employees lead to success.
Unfortunately for business owners motivating people is not an exact science. In fact different methods of motivation, motivate people at different levels. Where as one employee may be motivated only by the thought of money. Another employee maybe motivated by possibly getting personal recognition for a job well done.
